The good:1. this lens really creates a delightful super-wide fish-eye effect, resulting in fun pictures, for a very decent price.2. It comes in a nice, padded bag.The bad:1. even on a tripod, with the highest care, the images from this lens are soft due to excessive purple fringing. It is not sharp, at least not on my perfectly good Lumix 14-45 lens and Panasonic Lumix G5.2. when attaching the 58-to-52 attachment ring, the lens cover no longer fits. That is a small, unexpected nuisance.Summary: it does what it says it does, but don't expect to blow up these pictures much above postcard size
