great little zoom

The zoom range and macro mode make it a very useful all-around tele-photo lens. I have taken some very sharp macro shots and have had no problem with vignetting.

My interest is urban wildlife and this lens can cover just about all my needs. Its range and macro mode make it the lens I keep on my camera. I use a manual SLR and have not had a chance to test the auto-focus.

This is a great lens

I purchased this lens to use with my pentax k-r. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I like the fact that I can switch between normal and macro shots. It takes great closeup portraits that are very clear. This is a great addition to my 50-200 and 18-55 mm lenses. Somehow I think I will be using this lens much more.
