Other photographers might call it as poor man macro lens. I do not refuse that, but it is more for me. I hate to change lens on the field so I call it a macro on the go lens.Good quality, but you need to work on how to focus.

Great lens for the price, an inexpensive close up lens for small objects...a poor mans macro lens. I'm using on a 50-200mm f4-5.6 which isn't the best for results yet the results are surprising detailed for the close up lens. Still playing with it as I need to try it on a prime lens for best results. Simple, just screw it on to the front of your lens or lenses and go for it.
